Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Yessh was born 17th October, 1992 in the Indian state of, is an actress in film. Keerthy has mainly appeared in Tamil as well as Telugu film, as well as some appearances in Malayalam. She was awarded the National Film Award Best Actress Award for playing the role of actress Savitri. Three SIIMA Awards were also given to her. She also received an Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar Suresh happens to be the actor Menaka G. Suresh's daughter. Her first career was an actress for children. Then, following a course in fashion design, she returned to acting. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). In 2015, Keerthy accepted her first films outside of Malayalam and was signed to be a part of several Tamil films simultaneously. Her first film release was A. L. Vijay's romantic comedy Idhu Enna Maayam (2015) which was a co-production with Vikram Prabhu, though the film did not perform well at the box office. She had to drop out of several films she was already involved in during 2015, such as Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye as well as Deekay's Kavalai Vedam, to free up space for larger projects. In the following years, she was working in Rajini Murugan's Remo with two short film. In addition, Dhanush and she played leading roles for Prabhu Solomon's Thodari. However, the film is delayed since 2015, with the possibility of release in September 2020 under a name change to Janakitho Nenu. Nenu Sailaja (2016), which featured Ram Pothineni as the actor was the debut film of Keerthy's. Keerthy made her debut on screen in Bairavaa (directed by Bharathan) alongside actor Vijay.
